This temple, located in front of Ibocho, Tatsuno City, is said to be the birthplace of the Daegu Kunikunshi, who was the founder of Daitoku-ji Temple in Shizen, Kyoto.

In the 3rd year of the original sentence, he applied to the owner, Mr. Wakisaka, who is the residence of Shutoku-ji in Settsu Kokugasaki from Motoyama Daitokuji, and applied for the chief lord Wakisaka, and he established a small shrine and named it Takanawa. Because the temple was wrecked in 1869, he sent Keisuke Seida from Motoyama Daitokuji and got a government official to reconstruct it.
